At Louis Tailor, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship. Every garment is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace the item free of charge within the first year of purchase.
Exchange & Alterations Policy
Because bespoke garments are crafted specifically for your measurements, we do not offer straight refunds or exchanges for another product. However, our commitment is to your perfect fit:
- Complimentary Adjustments: If your final garment requires minor tweaking, we offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery.
- Lifetime Alterations: As your body changes, we offer lifetime alteration services (at a nominal fee) to ensure your garment always fits flawlessly.
- Remakes: In the highly unlikely event that a garment cannot be altered to fit properly due to an error on our part, we will remake it completely at no extra cost.
